Quality checks and audits are regularly conducted for field surveys and deliverables and form part of the appraisal process for employees. In addition to a focus on damage prevention, multiVIEW fosters a culture of health and safety which is recognized by our ISNetworld certification. Customized health & safety training plans are created for all team members that meet and exceed the latest regulatory requirements and project specifications.
Our unique approach to resourcing fosters scalability, flexibility, and rapid response times. Unlike many contractors, our resourcing approach allows us to offer service coverage 7 days per week, 365 days per year including on statutory holidays. Our customers also benefit from our ability to self-perform a variety of work. By largely avoiding the need to work with subcontractors, we’re able to directly transfer cost savings while reducing the risk of project delays.
Unlike many of our competitors, multiVIEW focuses on technical innovation which is guided by our Manager of Technical Services. This investment in technology directly impacts both our performance in the field and the quality of our deliverables. We create custom GIS utility maps that are leveraged by our Field Technicians to assist with and verify locates. Furthermore, multiVIEW field and office staff are fully qualified to collect and reproduce field utility information using a variety of platforms, including UtiLocate Draw, MicroStation V8i, AutoCAD 3D, and Esri’s ArcGIS software. This range of technical capabilities means that deliverables can be fully customized to specific project requirements, and are always highly visual and informative.
