multiVIEW is committed to keeping our employees, customers, vendors and communities safe and healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic. Here are just a few of the initiatives that we are implementing to maximize well-being:
- Adjusting workspaces and encouraging virtual meetings to ensure that employees maintain a physical distance of 2 metres or more
- Making multiVIEW-branded safety masks available to all employees
- Regularly disinfecting all surfaces and objects
- Supporting comprehensive hand hygiene, particularly handwashing
- Reminding employees to practice safe cough and sneeze etiquette and to avoid touching the face
- Ensuring that employees thoroughly clean and disinfect tools prior to use
- Regularly disinfecting face pieces and other PPE
- Actively monitoring employees for symptoms, and encouraging employees to self-monitor
- Ensuring that customers and vendors visiting our office locations and project sites wear appropriate face coverings and sanitize their hands
- Discussing and sharing the company’s safety plan with all employees through email communications and informational signage displayed throughout our office locations
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the company’s safety plan through regular Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) reviews
- Updating the company’s safety plan as required
