Duties & Responsibilities

Warehouse

  • Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse
  • Ensuring the proper disposal of paint and other consumables
  • Sorting and storing incoming warehouse inventory
  • Offloading/onloading/cleaning fleet vehicles.
  • Pick up and drop of fleet to and from employees and service centres

Screening Centre

  • Process utility locate tickets in accordance with contract guidelines
  • Analyze mapping and utility locations against excavation requests using various mapping products
  • Work closely with contractors and stakeholders to exceed processing and communication timelines
  • Ensure work instructions and dispatch packages are prepared daily by region
  • Track and record performance statistics as needed
  • Process sales orders into the system
  • Collect and enter into a database subsurface data from other sources
  • Arranging for permits
  • General office administrative tasks
  • Maintain shift, audit and vacation schedules
  • Assist with training new employees
  • Ensure maps and LSP related updates are done in a timely manner
  • Compile and distribute performance reports
  • Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries

Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma and/or Office and/or warehouse training.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • 2 to 3 years’ Office/Warehouse experience.
  • G Driver’s License
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and diagnostic ability
  • Self-starting and adaptable
