Commitment to Quality

multiVIEW maintains a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) that forms the basis of everything we do and ensures that work is performed to the highest standard, in accordance with regulations that include ASCE, CSA, ASTM, MOE, ESA among many others. Guided by the QMS, all employees are expected to commit to quality and continuous improvement activities that will drive customer satisfaction.

multiVIEW’s QMS outlines procedures and best practices for internal and external document control, records & data management, procurement and vendor management, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, sustainability, auditing, corrective and preventative actions and a root cause approach to problem-solving.

To ensure currency and relevancy, a dedicated Quality team reviews the QMS annually, or more as required, and provides recommendations for changes in procedures and training, with a goal of continuous improvement.  Quality inspection data is reviewed regularly to identify trends or other insights not readily apparent without statistical analysis.  Key areas of quality control include:

·         Accuracy and reliability of in-field data;
·         Completeness of in-field area coverage;
·         Timeliness of delivery;
·         Accuracy and completeness of drawings and reports;
·         Accuracy and supportability of financial and accounting transactions;
·         Professionalism in our relationships – both internally and with customers.
